1. We offer extensive education courses and a concierge approach (membership model) to nutrition therapy or coaching.

YES, you can schedule an appointment without a membership. BUT for the best bang for your buck with nutrition coaching/counseling you need lots of education and understanding. SO, select the "SET!" membership (10% off all sessions) or GO! Concierge (2 per month included). We'll start with an initial appointment (SET!) and you can decide how you want to move forward. You'll have at least one follow-up if you select the GO! Concierge. Before your first appointment, dig into the courses! Return to them when ever you need! Learn more here. 

2.  READY? SET! GO! Memberships/Concierge services are billed monthly. Cancel at any time (with access for a full 30 days). You'll receive a 1 week notice when your membership is set to renew.
