1. We offer both in-depth education and a concierge-style approach to nutrition care through our membership options.

You’re always welcome to schedule individual sessions, no membership required.
That said, most people find they get more support, more structure, and better value through our concierge services.

BUT WHY? 
With a membership, you’ll have access to our full library of educational modules alongside personalized sessions, so you’re not just learning, but actually applying what you learn with guidance and support. You’ll also receive exclusive discounts on additional services.

If you’re not sure where to start, that’s completely okay! Many clients begin with the SET! Membership (10% off sessions) and just start with an initial assessment to see what the process feels like. We’ll begin with an initial appointment and take it from there, at your pace, based on what feels most helpful for you.

If you choose GO! Concierge, you’ll already have your follow-up built in. Follow-ups are where the work actually starts with a lot of accountability and support to boot!

The nice thing about the memberships: you can start exploring the courses even before your first session, and return to them anytime you need a refresher or extra support.

2.  READY? SET! GO! Memberships/Concierge services are billed monthly. Cancel at any time (with access for a full 30 days). You'll receive a 1 week notice when your membership is set to renew via email.

When scheduling select the FREE "discovery call"  service with any clinician prior to the initial appointment as an option to see if we are a good fit.
