Tuesday's at our Katy Location
$75 Individual Nutrition Therapy- 60 Minutes - Initial Assessment with Registered Dietitian
$50 Follow-up Appointment - 30-35 minutes - with Registered Dietitian
$10 Group Meal Support (At least three group members required for group to meet.)
$10 Group Nutrition Support Group (At least three group members required for group to meet.)
